Spacious, clean and quiet with a stunning view of le morne - it felt like the perfect place for a relaxed holiday. Pipine was really sweet and even cooked for us. We also rented the kayak and visited a nearby island which was a unique experience. Her place is located ideally for exploring the south of Mauritius. Pipine is an amazing host !

An oven, a microwave and toaster are also offered, as well as a kettle. At the homestay, units have bed linen and towels. Diane, Stephane, Ruben (and buddy Elias) and the absolutely cutest dog Fluffy made my stay at their home truly a home away from home. The location is great; very central, the room perfect, their hospitality second to none. I can absolutely recommend staying here and hope to stay with them again.

They are super friendly and the dinner is absolutely worth it. Also a lovely breakfast. The house is located very close to the beach. It's helpful to speak some words of french, but english will also work. Would definitely recommend!

Great value rooms for those who want to visit Le Morne. We stayed at la Gaulette and absolutely loved it. It's just 5 minutes by car to the Le Morne Beach. Mathieu was very responsive and let us keep the luggage after the checkout. The rooms are great size, and you're surrounded by banana trees. The rooftop terrace is great for a drink in the evening. Would definitely stay again.

The place is a paradise on earth for nature lovers. My absolute favorite on the island. Iwe just loved the peace, the evening sunsets, the birds, little geckos, crabs around. The room (cabin) is absolutely wonderful with open air shower, the owners and the staff are wonderful. The place is just perfect.
