They are very kind people. They helped un sort out the bus from Sandakan/Sepilok to Kota Kinabalu as you can not book it online, only in Sandakan bus station. They also helped us with other things like the laundry or recomendations of restaurants and made our stay more comfortable. The rooms are clean, comfortable and so is the bathroom, which has separate shower and toilet (best shower in Malaysia so far). They have things you may need like toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel, etc. There are snacks for guests and you also can buy drinks and instant noodles if neccesary. Thank you so much for your kindness, we are very very grateful!!!!

This apartment was very modern and clean. The view was excellent and the security made us feel very safe. There is a lovely pool and relaxation area just outside the ground floor. this apartment is on the very edge of town so you look over the jungle. It is very easy and cheap to get a 'grab' taxi into the center and to places like Sepilok. Would highly recommend.
