Property was exceptionally clean. Good bus connection, can reach city centre by car in five minutes, by bike in 10 minutes or foot in 40. If visitors can tell the host when they would arrive, they would receive a good welcome. Bicycles can be stored safely on the driveway because of cameras. Host speaks English, Dutch and Mandarin, understands German, Italian and French too. I felt very safe in the environment because someone was there all the time. For nature lovers, there are nice areas around for exploration. The owner has an on-site beekeeper who is happy to show you the bees and sell you some tasty honey if he is around (see photos). The honey is tastier and completely different from that found in the store, although sometimes there is some available during breakfast, you can always buy some honey or honeycomb to take with you.

Owner served a very nice breakfast (on request), all things fresh and delicious. Although the bathroom and the furniture in this appartement were not super modern, it was very complete.
