The brightly decorated studio apartments tell you the ancient history of the building. The rooms come with views of the Atlantic Ocean from French balconies. Kristiansund town center is 10km away. The Atlantic Ocean Road is 25km away. Such a beautiful little hotel with the most lovely staff. We stayed in the Studio Apartment with Sea View and WOW! The view was absolutely breathtaking! We also had dinner at the hotel and it ended up being one of the best meals we had during our time in Norway. I did notice a few reviews mention the steep stairs, but honestly, that’s just part of the charm when staying in a historic building in Europe. It didn’t bother us at all and added to the authentic feel of the place.

Very helpful, kind and positive. Everything is in order, clean, calm and peaceful, comfy small room and good bed, great bathroom, comfortable kitchen, an opportunity to leave luggage after check out. I trully felt at home. Despite location is outside Alesund, it only takes about 10 min to get by bus, and on your way you see nice views around.

I appreciated the warm hospitality from the owner Shahram. The room and facility was very clean and properly maintained as he is also an engineer. I also enjoyed the conversation with him, listening to his struggle with some guests who do not observe check in time rules. I advised him to keep sending a reminder to the guests on the check in time (basically from 4pm depending on the availability of the room).
