Peace Homestay is gelegen in Kathmandu, dicht bij Swayambhunath. De accommodatie biedt gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeren. Je kunt bij de homestay genieten van een vegetarisch ontbijt. Veruit het meest propere verblijf van Nepal, enorm hulpvaardige uitbaters en lekker eten. Na het hectisch verblijf in Thamel was deze locatie hemel op aarde. Rustig tussen de locale bevolking en toch winkels en restaurants nabij. Wij gaan zeker terug en deze homestay met lieve uitbaters is een echte aanrader👍

Namaste Home Stay heeft een tuin, een terras, een restaurant en een bar in Dulikhel. I didn’t expect much from the place I booked just a couple of hours before arriving. But apparently it is a place where I want to come back. The rooms and service were good, but as a traveler my expectations are quite low and I don’t really pay much attention to such things. What always matters more to me are the people, warm conversations and the shared experiences. And I got exactly that! In such a short time, I was leaving the guys as if they were my friends. I wish you lots of success and hope to see you again.

Nirvana Kuti ligt in Kathmandu, op 2,5 km van Swayambhunath en 3,5 km van Tempel van Swayambhunath. Our window view was of a temple, and you are literally two blocks from Kathmandu Durbar Square. The room had charging plugs right near the bed, and each room is its own floor so the bathroom — adjacent — is private. There is a water dispenser and a kettle on each floor as well. Bobby suggested that we use the roof are to dry clothes, but he also provides a clothespin rack inside (it’s monsoon season). Bobby was super helpful — met me at the airport, showed us where to change money, helped us buy umbrellas, booked our Tourist bus to Pokhara, arranged for a taxi pickup, and each was a value-for-money experience. He let us store our luggage for our days away for a small fee. The room is only fan-cooled, but I’d gladly put up with the “a little steamy” for the location and the support.

Laxmi Homestay with main square view bevindt zich op 2 minuten lopen van Bhaktapur Durbar Square, en biedt accommodatie met een terras, een restaurant en roomservice. I stayed here for one night, and it was a fantastic experience! The place is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location in Bhaktapur. But the best part was the host – kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain things, show me around, and give great local tips. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and pleasant stay!

Sunrise Point Homestay in Nagarkot biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op de bergen, een tuin, een terras en een restaurant. Er is gratis WiFi. Elke unit beschikt over een patio met uitzicht op het meer. Mooie locatie, perfect uitzicht op de Himalaya (als het niet mistig of bewolkt is), goede kamers met alle benodigde voorzieningen (warm water!), geweldig lekker en vers eten en fijne gastheren.

Jungle Crown Organic Homestay heeft een tuin, een terras en een bar, en ligt in Nagarkot, op 10 km van Bhaktapur Durbar Square en 18 km van Boudhanath-stoepa. We stayed three nights and were surprised about the quietness, the good food, the view, and the friendlyness of the owners. We highly recommend staying and would come back any time. It is better to stay here then in Nagarkot. In the morning you can see sometimes monkeys while enjoying delicious breakfast. We went for good hikes and enjoyed the nature around. The rooms are big with big windows to see the birds and squirells. Kessab is a fantastic cook and very accomodating. Thank you so much for having us!

STUPA VIEW INN bevindt zich in Kathmandu, op 5 minuten lopen van Swayambhunath en beschikt over een tuin, een terras en uitzicht op de stad. Het personeel is echt heel aardig en staat altijd voor je klaar. De bedden zijn super lekker en er is een fijn dakterras waar je kan chillen. De kamer en badkamer zijn basic, maar prima! Het is een beetje buiten het centrum dus lekker rustig. Wel faciliteiten in de buurt !
