Location was brilliant, amazing views of the Auckland harbour/skyline, but away from the noise/traffic of the city. We travelled between Auckland city and north shore, so Andy’s house was perfect in the middle. The house was lovely and comfortable, there was a seperate lounge shared between us and one other room, which was nice to have a bit of privacy. Massive outside deck with table/benches to work in the day/relax in the evening. Breakfast was provided, along with all the tea and coffee you could want. Finally, the host family were amazing. Andy, his young son Alan (the little property manager), plus the whole family, were just wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. They were happy to offer suggestions/help, or leave you alone, as you prefer. All in I would definitely stay again.

Alpaca Manor Auckland bevindt zich in Auckland, op 19 km van Auckland Harbour Bridge en 23 km van North Head Historic Reserve. De alpaca’s zijn niet echt sociaal denk ik. Maar superschattig! De bedden lagen heel goed en de douche was fantastisch. De mensen die het managen zijn heel vriendelijk. Parkeerplaats aanwezig. Koffie is in de kamer aanwezig!

Trafalgar Place is gelegen in Auckland, op 4,4 km van Mount Smart Stadium en 4,5 km van One Tree Hill, en heeft gratis WiFi. I had a wonderful experience staying here! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and everything I needed for a transit visit. What truly stood out was their honesty and helpfulness. I accidentally left my wedding ring behind, and when I realized it, I was already away. Upon returning to Auckland, they safely returned it to me. Thank you again for your good service!

Piha Beachstay Accommodation in Piha biedt accommodatie met uitzicht op de bergen, een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Zowel WiFi als privéparkeren is bij de homestay gratis beschikbaar. Friendly staff in a beautiful house made it hostel! with outstanding surroundings. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was clean, tidy and with all the necessary implements to cook. Also, lots of space in fridge and shelves for your food. The bathroom was nice too, hot shower, towel, body wash and clean! And the common areas is just beautiful, with lots of gameboards and a fire pit that should be amazing for cold winters. If I have the opportunity to comeback to Piha, I'll choose Piha backpackers to stay no matter what! Good job Piha Backpackers, wish you the best. :)

Nyima Tashi Buddhist Centre is gelegen in Auckland, op 19 minuten lopen van Eden Park, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren en een gedeelde lounge. Helpful host, ambience of the room and bathroom are great, well stock pantry and fridge for breakfast, quite room with nice view. Easy to get to by public transit. Grocery store is walking distance.

Wild Thyme ligt op 15 minuten lopen van Oneroa Village en op 35 minuten met de veerboot van het centrum van Auckland. Er is gratis WiFi en gratis privéparkeergelegenheid beschikbaar. Among the many wonderful accomodations on Waiheke Island, we chose Wild Thyme because they gave detailed information about the location and facilities, which made it easy for us to imagine what our stay would be like. AND Wild Thyme was PERFECT in every way! The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, and were spotlessly clean. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, while the place is located in a convenient area, shops and the beach of Onorea within walking distance. Most of all, Jules and Bruce were great hosts, being attentive and kind. It is all thanks to their welcome, my parents and I truly enjoyed an unforgettable vacation. Another BIG attraction is Jule's Wine Tour! The information is also written on the notebook provided in your room. I highly recommend it to anyone considering staying here. She asked us about our wine preferences in advance and came up with the Perfect plan. We visited Allpress Olive Groves, Tantalus, Man O'War+lunch, Waiheke Gin Distillery and Passage Rock. It may have been partly because it was winter and the wineries were quiet, but Jules arranged with the winery staff to grant our selfish request to try wines(bubbles!) that were not on the regular tasting menu! She even arranged for us to taste limited edition gin at the distillery. She took us to hard-to-reach places in the east and south of the island, such as ManO'War and Passage Rock, where we enjoyed not only the drinks but also the charms of the island as a whole. It's only been a week since I returned home, but I already feel a strong desire to go back.
