They do what they can to provide your needs and requests! - requested early breakfast prior to our tour - requested transportation even at 2AM to catch the first trip to Alicia (Panoramic Park) - free room upgrade (too late to realize until I saw my booking sorry po and I am very THANKFUL!) - very wide food selection on their menu (you can plan your meal for a week already) - clean and well-maintained room and facilities! - very accommodating and friendly staff Even the neighboring guests who have been staying for almost a month very much enjoy the place. I TRULY recommend this place when you visit Bohol!!!

It’s very peaceful, ambience is so good as the surrounding have many plants and spacious. Between the mini houses is a good parking spot so u don’t have to worry about carrying ur stuffs in distances. The house location is slightly far from the road and from the property bar so there’s not much noise pollution. And the cats are in good health and friendly (drawn to boys than girls or just us hahaha~) The caretaker/receptionist is very accommodating and helpful to our needs, prolly one of the best I ever experienced (super thank you for making our stay comfortable and answered our inquiries with no hesitations 🫶) Wished we could’ve taken more photos to promote it or post it on gmaps or their facebook page but I hope this review will help them to be known more or be chosen to be booked hehe

She was great to communicate with before and during our trip, and even graciously stayed up late to welcome us when our flight arrived behind schedule. Throughout our stay, she checked in often to make sure everything was going well. Breakfast was delicious and a great value. The rooms were very comfortable, each with an ensuite bathroom. The location is also perfect — just a short walk to the Loboc River Buffet Cruise and the pedestrian bridge leading to Loboc Plaza and San Pedro Church. We highly recommend Antonio Homestay — 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!! 👍👍

I really enjoyed staying at this place, the owners and their kids are so cute! Even the dog is cute! New building, simple but stylish room, very large terrace with 4 chairs, balcony on the other side of the room, shared bathroom only for 2 rooms, so it's not a bother. The hostess gives cups, plates, you can use the kettle. There is a good beach with clear water, it's literally a 5-minute walk along a nice street, a good food court with great prices is 7 minutes away. This location was perfect for me, I went everywhere: beaches and caves of the Andes, a waterfall and a cold stream, a lake camp in the mountains. I highly recommend Tsada Balay. I would gladly come back to them again. Thanks for great hospitality.

If you're the curious, open-hearted type, you’re in for something rare and special: genuine conversations with locals, the warm-hearted host, her family, and friends. You see, the Philippines isn’t just about beaches. It’s about connection — both ways. They with you. You with them. And the best part? Everyone walks away happier for it. At Viva la Rosa, you won’t feel like just a guest. Actually, scratch that. You’ll feel exactly how you want to feel. No forced conversations, no ridiculous house rules. I sincerely recommend this hotel. Very spacious apartment, fully equipped. Huge bathroom, well-decorated. Hot water in the shower and clean towels. Comfortable beds, great air conditioning. Very nice and helpful owner and very nice service. Nice surroundings, smiling and very positive people.
