From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a gem! The location could not be better – easy parking right by the property, just a pleasant stroll into town, perfectly situated for exploring the entire island, and conveniently close to a large supermarket. We always felt completely safe here, which added so much peace of mind to our holiday. The cleanliness is simply impeccable – everything spotless and fresh, every day. The entire place is beautifully organized, with a layout that makes it feel both spacious and homely. The kitchen is especially well thought out: each room has its own assigned table, cupboard, and set of plates, utensils, and cooking items, which keeps things wonderfully neat and easy for everyone. And then there is Catarina – what a host! She is truly the heart of this place. Warm, sincere, and full of genuine care, she puts her soul into making her guests feel welcome and valued. She visits daily to tidy and refresh the common areas, replace the flowers, and, more often than not, surprise guests with delicious homemade or local treats. She is thoughtful, adaptable, and always ready to help – whether it’s offering great local tips or simply checking in via message to see if we needed anything. We felt so looked after and appreciated her kindness enormously. The property itself feels like a peaceful haven – quiet, comfortable, and infused with warmth and charm. Everything here has been designed with the guest’s comfort in mind, and you can feel the love and pride that goes into it. We travel often, but this stay will remain a highlight for us. If you’re looking for a spotless, perfectly located, safe, and beautifully run accommodation with a host who truly cares, look no further – this is the place! We would return in a heartbeat.

Solar dos Cantos Botanic House & Garden se encuentra en Ponta Delgada, a 13 km de Pico do Carvao, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y salón de uso común. This was probably one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The interior is amazing, and the windows offer amazing views. The hotel staff is very kind and will always help with any questions. Huge recommendations!

The king bed with an awesome mattress and white clean towels! Good breakfast included! We've stayed just for a night, but we will definitely return again next time! Thank you for hosting us!

Quinta dos Mistérios- Turismo de Habitação está en Fajã de Santo Amaro y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, jardín con piscina al aire libre y vistas al mar. Nos encantó la estancia en Quinta dos Misterios. La dueña nos recibió con los brazos abiertos a pesar de llegar muy tarde. La casa es preciosa y el trato exquisito. Volveremos seguro.

Vila Rosario se encuentra en Ponta Delgada, a 8,6 km de Pico do Carvao y a 17 km de Lago de las Siete Ciudades. Fairly new exceptionally clean apartment style villa. The owner was more than helpful answering questions and providing for our needs such as an early breakfast and information on restaurants. The room had adequate kitchen equipment to allow you to make easy meals. A large grocery store is a short distance away. The kitchen had a few basic herbs and spices that you could use. It was very quiet with a secure locked entrance after 5:00 that each guest had a remote to be able to enter.

Casa-do-Mar se encuentra en Madalena y dispone de jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y wifi gratis en todo el alojamiento. La ubicación, el desayuno, la limpieza y la amabilidad de la dueña. La cercanía a la zona de viñedos y a las piscinas naturales de Madalena. Lástima que, por temas organizativos, solo pudiéramos alojarnos una única noche.

Nuestra estancia en City Stone fue grandiosa! Emanuel es una persona excepcional, nos ayudó absolutamente en todo lo que necesitabamos. Logramos flexibilizar el check in, y nos ayudó a armar todo nuestro itinerario de lugares y restoranes a lo largo de toda la isla. La pieza era muy agradable, aire acondicionado funcionaba perfecto y cubría todas nuestras necesidades. Lo recomiendo 100%. Muchas gracias Emanuel, una excelente persona!
