El Imaginário d'El Rei está situado en Mesão Frio, a 35 minutos en coche de Lamego, y cuenta con piscina exterior de temporada y solárium. Everything was amazing, such a beautiful and amazing property and location. Room and bed were so comfy, breakfast was delicious. Close to everything....loved it. Just perfect 💕 spend my birthday here. A real treat ;)

Quinta do Monte Travesso - Country Houses & Winery está en Tabuaço, a 25 km de Museo do Douro, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. We stayed in casa sousão on Quinta do monte Travesso. The house itself is very private, with a short trip through an amazing vineyard and dirt road. Once you arrive, your view is just absolutely stunning. This is a perfect house for large family or 3 couples, each room has its own ensuite. The hosts of the Quinta are very friendly and accomodating, they will fill your fridge with everything you need from eggs, milk and ham and cheese. Every morning you will receive fresh bread for breakfast. They also leave a bottle of their amazing red wine on the dining table, but make sure you also try their white wines which are very easy to drink and will have you going back for a case. I can’t praise how much we loved staying here…book it and you won’t regret it!

Zimão Garden House, que está a 31 km de Campo de Golf Vidago Palace y a 43 km de Museo do Douro, ofrece habitaciones en Vila Real. An absolute gem of a place. A welcoming, friendly, helpful host. Great fully equipped kitchen. The house is immaculate, so homely. A must stay if doing the Camino Interior, Ecopista do Corgo or the N2. I highly recommend staying here. 10/10

Casa dos Primos se encuentra en Muxagata, a 12 km de Termas de Longroiva, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina de temporada al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y salón de uso común. A lovely stay with hosts that treat you like family. The room is spotless clean, and you get to use the dining and living rooms, it’s spacious and nice. But mostly it’s the chance to meet the nicest hosts and feel the real Portugal. We highly recommend it, and hope to come again.

Casa Vila Rosa, en Peso da Régua, se encuentra a 16 min a pie de Museo do Douro y ofrece alojamiento con aire acondicionado y wifi gratis, además de acceso a la terraza. Beautiful house full of character and extremely well kept. Excellent position even being in a very quiet neighborhood.

Quinta Da Estrada Winery Douro Valley está en Peso da Régua, a 11 km de Natur Waterpark, y dispone de alojamiento con piscina de temporada al aire libre, parking privado gratis, jardín y terraza. Loads of space. Room was large and comfortable. A little rustic as you would expect on a farm. Host Luis was warm and generous. He also gave good recommendations for a day drive and Douro viewpoints. We were able to just stroll around the farm and vineyards with a friendly dog leading the way. Wine tasting dinner was educational and a must try. We have no regrets about staying at the Quinta.

Casa do Hospital-Guest House está en Abaças y cuenta con vistas a la ciudad, jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y zona de barbacoa. It was a beautiful location in heart of Douro Valley and the most fantastic hosts we’ve ever experienced. The 18th century home is stunning and bedrooms very comfortable and breakfast all home cooked. Paula and Carlos became like family in a short time and wish we had booked 3-4 nights rather than 2 AA so much to see from this location and we loved that the location was in the midst of a very local area.
