Marvelous rustic mansion in São Jorge with an incredible view of Pico from our bedroom. The house is beautifully renovated and the walls are covered with art. Close to Velas for the ferry and easy access to majestic fajãs and hiking trails. Dr. Graça and Catarina were incredible hosts. We felt totally at home and they gave us great tips every single day. The breakfast was delicious and rich, served in a charming room.

Nice hosts, they accepted our late checkin because of late boat from Terceira without any extra fees. Nice location just a few minutes walking from the harbor. Good hygiene, free coffe/tea in the kitche. Would reccommend.

This guesthouse was definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed in the Azores. If you are an adventurous type looking for a peaceful, remote experience in nature, I highly recommend. The hike in and out is absolutely stunning, full of ocean views, cliffs, forests, waterfalls, and rainbows. The guesthouse itself is very cozy and welcoming. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the dinner and breakfast we had were delicious. The lake is close by and the walk along the ocean is gorgeous. The staff is very kind and we enjoyed getting to know them!

Rui was a fantastic host. His family, including Jack, the fabulous friendly waggy dog were all very friendly. The room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the location and the view. Everything was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. A huge thank you to Rui for his fantastic suggestions for our day trip. It was a perfect recommendation to one of the best hiking trails I’ve ever been on and Rui’s practical suggestions made it all doable.

Super flexible with check-in and check-out, and also available to pick me up at the ferry or airport! The accomodation was super clean, and you can have meals looking at Pico Mountain. There's also a kitchen and a big fridge, and also a living room :) My stay was perfect. I will come back still this year again!
