This guesthouse definitely exceeded my expectations. The location is ideal, being very close to the airport, and the self-check-in service is perfect for late arrivals. The room is exceptionally quiet—I’m quite sensitive to noise, but I slept very well throughout my stay. Everything is impeccably clean and hygienic. The large kitchen, which includes a stove and refrigerator, is also spotless. The view of the courtyard is beautiful and pleasant. The guest host Helen was extremely friendly and provided detailed check-in instructions as well as excellent recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. She was always quick to respond to any inquiries. I highly recommend this guesthouse.

Solar dos Poetas es un alojamiento muy bien ubicado en el centro de Lisboa, a 9 min a pie de Teatro Nacional Doña María II y a 900 metros de Plaza del Comercio. The location of the hotel was within 15 minutes walk of the water, and within 10 minutes walk of a large shopping mall. There were several nice restaurants within walking distance, including an outstanding steak house just next door. The hotel is managed in partnership with another large hotel across the street, which allowed us to use their gym to work out. The rooms were nicely renovated and beautifully tiled in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The room was air conditioned and the breakfast was one of the best breakfast buffets I have had in Europe. My son and I enjoyed it immensely!

Breakfast had a good assortment of fresh fruits and pastries. Staff was very attentive and service was excellent. Location is great, close to many attractions and easy access to transport.

The staff were the highlight of Bica FLH. In addition to their warm welcome and general helpfulness and charm, they gave outstanding recommendations for dinner spots and even made reservations. They allowed us to leave extra baggage in their storage area while we were on our bike ride. The breakfast was nice and additionally, teas, coffee, and snacks are available 24hrs a day. The rooms were comfortable. Some rooms are louder than others due to street noise (mostly late night people) but earplugs are provided.

The hotel is very clean, located in the heart of Lisbon, close to everything.
