The newly built accommodation was sparkling clean with 5 private rooms , and a shared area with tables and chairs and a sofa . Very close to the heart of town with restaurants and supermarkets a short walk away . A sunny courtyard at the entrance was also much appreciated. We were guests for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Modern House , and the welcoming hosts .

The house is brand new, super-clean and beautiful! Breb has many guesthouses, but Casa Luca is special because of its great location on a small hill with no other houses too close by, so the view from the terrace is gorgeous! The family is very welcoming and will take care of you as your own. It's like a stay at your grandma's in the village. Andrea made 3-course dinners for us every night and all of them were very tasty and made from home-grown ingredients. We loved everything about Casa Luca and highly recommend it for a relaxing quiet time with family, friends or even by yourself.
