All units at the guest house come with a seating area. Complete with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and a hair dryer, the units at the guest house have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and selected rooms will provide you with a terrace. For us this was the perfect place to stay. Everything was very clean and the apartment had everything we needed. Perfect air-con, a nice terrasse etc. It is located in the middle of the small town with everything available within a few minutes walk. Even the main beach of the island. However, we preferred to take a taxi to the amazing nearby Ao Cho beach which is a short taxi drive away (10 min). The taxi cost 30 Bath per person or 200 for the whole car, if you prefer to go straight away without waiting for the taxi to be full (with other people). For us this beach was heaven on earth with beautiful green water, white sand and a very chill atmosphere. Plus the sunbeds are free on this beach. On the main beach they cost 100 Bath per person. We really liked to stay in the town centre as the smaller and more beautiful beaches are very quiet in the evenings. With this apartment we could be in the centre at night time and very easily go to the perfect beach during the days. We highly recommend this place!

Among the facilities at this property are private check-in and check-out and bicycle parking, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Fantastic space. Large, private, comfy. Really beautifully decorated to make you feel like you were in a cosy and unique space. Host really responsive and kind. It had plenty of drinking water available, and I loved their focus on sustainability, eg. Recycling and reusable water bottles.

A restaurant, home made food and bar 20 steps from your door. At our time (January) there were just a few people and everything what we would need was at disposal. We definitely recommend the 6 islands trip, which can be arranged at the reception.

The restaurant downstairs offers a wide variety of well cooked food, excellent quality. The owner is a paddle board champion, if you want to have an unforgettable sunset experience ask Tony or Lek. We had a great time at Samed Big Tree, Tony's family has a contagious energy that floods your day with positivity, enriching your holiday. I really recommend to everyone if you are in Koh Samet, stay at Samed Big Tree.

It was perfect it was quiet and it was away from the hustle bustle of the beaches on the other side of the island it’s own private beach was great Mark and Minnie were perfect hosts we would have liked to say another 2 nights but they were fully booked which no surprise , would recommend Minnie Seaview to any one

Each room has a balcony. Great location: close to the Main Street, 5 minute walk to the beach, friendly staff, received the room clean. Facilities would be given once a day which included 1 toilet paper, towels, trash bag, and coffee. Staff doesn’t go in the room which felt secure. We rented mopeds for a good price from the staff and they were very helpful, really recommend getting them to experience the whole island in a day. The owner of the property was very sweet and available at all times, don’t forget to inform and call her about your arrival so her staff will be waiting for you and not the opposite way around.

Situated in Ko Samed, Samed Thanee features 1-star accommodation with private balconies. There is an in-house restaurant, plus free private parking and free WiFi are available. The accommodation offers a minimarket and a tour desk for guests. Location was great, away from the busy tourist parts of town but still within good distance. You can rent a motorbike with them for 300THB for the whole day. Free bfast was simple and nice but went a long way. Great location with beach right across as well as local restaurants around. The staff were very trusting and friendly, truly took care of us like family. The accomodation is nothing fancy but simple and great living and that’s what I was after. I’d choose this over fancy resorts any day.
