The room was super comfy, very clean, and the self-check-in was smooth and just made sense, no hassle at all. The location is in a good area, and for the price (much cheaper than what we found on booking websites). Communication was super fast and easy through WhatsApp, which made everything so convenient. They also offer a bunch of handy services like laundry and transportation. We asked if they could arrange a limousine van for two people to Hanoi, with pickup from the homestay, and they organized everything quickly. We specifically wanted to pay in cash instead of booking online, and they made that possible without any issue. All in all, a very comfortable and well-organized place to stay. We'd definitely recommend!

Lovely hosts who were incredibly hospitable and made me feel like I was part of the family. I had dinner with them every night and it was a pleasure to speak with them. Also super helpful with helping me organise what to see and transport back to Hanoi. Cannot rate this place highly enough!

The woman who runs the place was so sweet, complimentary, warm. Helped me with whatever I needed, despite the language barrier. She was patient, no issue using Google Translate. I was here for New Year’s Eve and she even had a little gift for me!

The host was amazing and made sure we were comfy! They're originally from here and made an awesome place! The food they made was all from their garden or local! Booked a private room and was comfortable!

We eventually rode to the waterfall near the chinese border and had a night there which they recommended (we could have moved our luggage to the lobby to get back the moneyfor that night, but we had plenty of stuff, so we kept the room :D). Btw, if you only want to get to eat something in the city or whatever, the first rent (motorcycle or bike) for that time is free:). Nearby you have an amazing banh cuon place (until noon) and a banh mi place with a sticky rice option in the morning, small shops as well.
