The homestay is nicely appointed with attractive touches. There is a kitchen with two large fridges if required but there are many well priced restaurants. Location was great - very close to the river, market and the Walking Street. Our host was able to arrange a great day tour for us which took in all the things we wanted to see. There was a little bit of a mix up regarding an English speaking guide however our host kindly refunded part of the cost and also provided us with a lovely complimentary breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was hot with great pressure. Our room was right beside some roosters so a bit of noise in the morning - nothing to worry about really unless you are a light sleeper.

The room was super comfy, very clean, and the self-check-in was smooth and just made sense, no hassle at all. The location is in a good area, and for the price (much cheaper than what we found on booking websites). Communication was super fast and easy through WhatsApp, which made everything so convenient. They also offer a bunch of handy services like laundry and transportation. We asked if they could arrange a limousine van for two people to Hanoi, with pickup from the homestay, and they organized everything quickly. We specifically wanted to pay in cash instead of booking online, and they made that possible without any issue. All in all, a very comfortable and well-organized place to stay. We'd definitely recommend!

The free water is also a nice addition! The family was so helpful with directions and advice on where to go. Thank you for everything!

We trusted the comments and they were right : it was an amazing stay, the host family was warm and welcoming. Tuy gave us really good advice according to what we told her we liked to do. She also arranged bookings of cars for us, in order for it to be less expensive and easier ! The place is amazingly clean (the cleanest we've seen since the beginning of our trip). The mattresses are comfortable (though a bit hard but that's the norm in Vietnam). The room can be quite cold in the winter but the covers are really warm, we were not cold during our sleep even though the winter is especially hard this year ! It was really one of the best moments of our trip, due to the kindness of the host and her good knowledge of the area. The goodbyes were moving, if we ever come back to Vietnam we wouldn't hesitate passing by this charming place to see this lovely family again !

The garden in the back it's really nice if you wanna be calm. There is space to park your motorbike. The lady owner was extremely sweet and helpful. Also the free washing machine and detergent are a big plus. Thank you very much!

The host was amazing and made sure we were comfy! They're originally from here and made an awesome place! The food they made was all from their garden or local! Booked a private room and was comfortable!

The location is perfect, in a quiet alley right in the center of the city. We rented a bike in top condition to do a 5-day excursion without any problems. They also arranged a very reasonabally priced and comfy ride back to Hanoi.

They helped us with every little detail of our Cao Bang Loop. They let us check in early, which we were so grateful for as we needed the sleep. They helped us plan our trip allowing us to see some beautiful areas. We booked our motorbike through them which worked perfectly, they also provided proper helmet! So lovely, the most helpful hosts we’ve ever had!
