The staff were helpful in organising collection from any point on the Island and organising onward transfer to Hanoi. As a solo traveller, I felt safe comfortable and looked after very well. Also the bed was very comfortable.

Lan Ha Floating Homestay bevindt zich in Cat Ba, op 18 minuten lopen van Đảo Khỉ-strand en een paar minuten lopen van Ben Beo Harbour. Exotic, unique, mind blowing. We stayed only one night, but would recommend two. The staff staying on board speaks very little English, but are super friendly and cooks very good food.

Het is lastig om de sfeer hier te omschrijven. Maar ik zal een poging doen. We waren er nog maar net en hebben direct 2 nachten bijgeboekt. Het voelde zo rustgevend. De leuke huisjes aan de mooie open tuin. De kuikentjes die met hun moeder om de huisjes scharrelden. Kittens die overal in klommen en met je wilden stoeien. De mopshond die echt een bazin is. De vriendelijke mensen die gewoon hun dagelijkse leven leiden, en waar je je even een onderdeel van voelt. En het heerlijke eten! Als je hier niet helemaal zen wordt dan weer ik het ook niet meer.

CornerCatBa bevindt zich in Cat Ba, op 17 minuten lopen van Tung Thu-strand, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een terras en een bar. Fantastische locatie, Phuong is erg zorgzaam en de vliegende roofvogels die je van dichtbij kunt zien, maakten het helemaal af!

The location is great! In a beautiful tranquil countryside and only 10 minutes motorbike ride to the city! Our room was very comfortable with a nice bed, eating table, AC, clothes hanger and a cute balcony overlooking limestones! The staff are amazing! Rebecca and Tom are very nice and accommodating as well as the owners of the place! They have motorbike rental and they organize many tours and activities! The food is very delicious so, we ate all of our meals in the homestay! We definitely recommend!

Cat Ba Mystery Homestay ligt in Cat Ba met uitzicht op de bergen en heeft een restaurant, een gedeelde keuken, snackbar, tuin en terras. The host and her family are lovely people. On the second day of our stay they invited us to join a family celebration and although we didn't share a language they made us feel more then welcome. The host helped with everything we needed, she got us cheaper bus tickets, rented us a scooter for a fair price and organised for us the drive for the next location. If you have any questions or problems, she is the person to talk with. Another plus is that the breakfast is very nice.

The host and the family are really welcoming and kind, I was traveling alone, and I felt in a safe and warm place. They organized a hiking day that was so good. Even if the homestay is not along the sea, you can easily walk to the beaches. Definitely recommended place to stay in Cat Ba. I will come back again with a friend to do the one day cruise and we will stay in the homestay again!

Cat Ba Santorini Homestay heeft een restaurant en accommodatie met een tuin, een gedeelde lounge en een terras. Cat Co 2-strand ligt op 14 minuten lopen. We had the double room, beeing only two in it and it was perfect! The terrasse is great, the hosts really nice and helpful.

Everything feels fresh and new, from the modern design to the clean, roomy space in the bedroom. The team at reception were kind and attentive, always with a smile, which made a big difference to my experience. The breakfast buffet was generous with both Western and Vietnamese options, all delicious. I joined one of the Lan Ha Bay excursions and it turned out to be a highlight — the scenery was breathtaking and the trip ran very smoothly.
