Hoan Kiem lake center es un alojamiento con una ubicación excelente en el centro de Hanói que ofrece patio. Great location,super friendly staff! They provided us with a lot of helpful information when asked. Breakfast was very nice with fresh fruits and 4 dishes to choose from.

This Homestay absolutely exceeded our expectations and that was because of the host. When we arrived he and his partner picked us and our bags up from the taxi he had arranged for us. He gave us a personal tour of the stay which was wonderful- great location right in the heart of Old Quarter, but also quiet for good sleep. He even got us welcome drinks while carrying our huge bags up the stairs!! He was always available for questions 24/7. He was always accommodating to our schedule especially on check out. Lastly, we left something in the room - he immediately messaged me and to our disbelief he SHIPPED IT all the way to Ninh Binh to our hotel to meet us on our next leg of the journey. Overall, we were blown away by the hosts hospitality, kindness, and overall value of everything you get staying here. We will be back soon!!
