I stayed a room with a balcony, having a street view where you can see a cute cafe&bar+stationary shop right in front of you, and you can see local people preparing for food early in the morning which was quite nice:) The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with an auto-lock door. Easy check-in and out instructed by text messages. Also you can get 20% discount at the spa on the ground floor.

We had a great stay here. Great facilities. Had free water dispenser downstairs and free washing and a dryer on the top floor. Room was clean and comfy. Definitely stay here if you get the chance. Good value.

The room was spacious, enough for a couple. The owner was nice and helpful. You can have your clothes washed for free. Parking is free, too.

The property is in a great location, the staff are very friendly and the room was spacious, clean and the bed was really comfortable. I would stay again and recommend Mao Home!

SAIGONESE Studio ligt in Ho Chi Minh-stad, op 7 minuten lopen van Tan Dinh-markt, en biedt een terras, allergievrije kamers, en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. Cool neighbourhood with loads of eateries, cafes, and great access to nice walks by the river. Beds were really comfy, and nice balcony. We appreciated little touches like bottles of filtered water in the fridge for our arrival. Good communication from the owner.
