Stayed here for 1 night, the location was really good to go and visit the old town. Warm welcome from the owner and his family. They have a lovely terrace with beautiful views and nice and quiet. Breakfast cost 5€ per person, came with a glace of orange juice, the breakfast was really nice, good value for money and cooked by the grandmother 😋 The room was very nice and comfortable.

we spent a few days in Albania and it was definitely the best accommodation. Mateo and his family are wonderful people. The breakfast was delicious, the location was quite good, quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this accommodation, the rooms were clean, it was quiet and peaceful. we will come back for sure. Before arriving, it is worth contacting and stopping the car before the hill.

guest house val mar was a wonderful place, very comfortable rooms, very hospitable hosts if you visit gjirokastre, it is the first place I would suggest for your stay, comfortable, clean rooms, above all, the location was very comfortable, being in the center of the historic city in Gjirokastre. It was a pleasure to meet the owner Mariani who was ready to help us with anything. It was a wonderful trip and I would like to visit him again

Very clean and new place. It has a balcony with an amazing view. It's definately good value for the money and it close to the main tourist area of gjirokaster. I'd 100% recommend it.
