They are an incredibly nice and hospitable family! They treated me like a daughter or family member. If you want to experience Albanian hospitality and generosity, you should stay here. The owners are so kind; they even took me to the doctor when I fell in the bazaar. They are also great cooks, and I was lucky enough to be included in a family barbecue. If you want to experience true Albanian hospitality, choose this guesthouse. The room is also very quiet, and there is a lovely garden too.

"A wonderful stay! The place was very clean and comfortable. It's located very close to the city center, yet in a quiet neighborhood that offers peace and relaxation. Such a nice hostel, the rooms are huge and the beds are very comfortable and cozy. Everything was clean and neat. The view from my room was spectacular. They have a kitchen with everything you need to cook and water cooler too. They had aircon so it was very breezy. The staff was very cordial and nice. There’s a supermarket next to the hostel.

The room and bathroom were large, clean and well equipped, plus the balcony was just outstanding: very spacious and with a good view. The staff was very nice and helpful, they even allowed us to have a late check out when we asked for it at the last minute. Will definitely visit again when we come back to Sarandë!

Perfect location. Only a couple minutes walking distance to the castle and old city. Room was very clean. Wifi worked well. Bed was comfortable. Host was lovely and gave me some suggestions for in the city. Nice added touch to give free bottled water after my walk from the bus station.

The host is really nice, always ready to help you at any time and very friendly. Even if the road to go at the place is steep, the effort is worth it, you have one of the best views of the city. It's also a good place to meet other travelers.

Absolutely fantastic stay. The owner was extremely kind and welcoming. The showers are like you’d get at a luxury hotel, with plenty of hooks and places to hold soap etc. The beds are very comfortable and there are lights and sockets and shelves for your phone. 100% recommend to anyone looking for hostel in Gjirokaster!!
