Great hostel with amazing atmosphere and clean facilities. I stayed in a private room (sleeps 3) with shared bathroom. It was great value. It is located 300m from the bus terminal so very convenient if coming or going by bus. It's a down hill 10 min walk to the centre of town, with a serviced laundromat around the corner. Facilities were all clean and staff very friendly.

With scenic views of Calafate´s mountains and lake, this hostel is a 7-minute walk from downtown Calafate. It features accommodation with floor heating, free Wi-Fi, communal kitchen and laundrette.

Everything about this hostel was great:friendly personal, amazing view and quiet at night. There was also a small breakfast included. I would definitely stay here again.

Small cosy hostel felt like home, the hostess Soli was so incredibly helpful and attentive, breakfast is so thoughtful, packed in numbered breakfast bags and fridge has numbered drawers so felt very tidy and organised. curtains on the beds made a difference, felt private. Beds are wide and one of the dorms had shelves which was super handy.

Everyone from Hostal Schilling was amazing, from the front desk crew to the lovely lady who made breakfast. I had all my tours and airport shuttle booked very efficiently and they made sure I had everything sorted properly prior. Regardless the time of the day, the crew always greets you with a smile and are super friendly. The location is also close to the main street where the supermarket and restaurants are located at. You do have to go up/down a small slope everyday to get to the main street.

The lady that runs it is amazing, very helpful and sweet. The place is spotless and it has comfy beds. There's a Mexican restaurant nearby. It's 6mins a bit up the hill - from the bus station but it's a bit far from town centre. I used it for one night coming back from El Chalten and taking flight the next day to Santiago.

Very friendly and helpful people. Danny picked us up at the bus terminal for free and they booked bus tickets to El Chalten for us. Very basic room but absolutely clean. Simple but delicious breakfast. Location is perfect.
