Super friendly and welcoming staff! Giving good advices and tips about what to do in Toronto, always present at the reception, 24h. Facilities are clean, beds are comfortable. Tasty belgian waffles and maple syrup available for breakfast, same as bagels. Quite tasty and good coffee. Showers are clean and have shower gel and shampoo. Rooms have lockers, but bring your own lock. Hostel is easy accessable by tram from downtown, 10-15 minutes or 30 min walk from Union station.

The room why compact was very nice, very clean & comfortable bed and lovely small kitchen. In addition the roof top deck was amazing and great to sit up on. The most amazing thing is the Host. She was amazing and super knowledgeable / friendly & passionate about the property and told us all about the local area and where the best dining was & bus / town car etc. I cannot complement her more as it was just a great experience.

The location is perfect — very close to the metro station and within walking distance to affordable supermarkets. It’s easy to reach the city centre, and there are many nice cafés and restaurants nearby. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. A great bonus is the opportunity to book a Niagara Falls tour directly from the hotel.
