I arrived in the midst of a big storm, around 9 pm and staff were friendly and helpful as we waited for wifi to come back on for checkin. I chose the location because of its close proximity to Pacific Central Station and it was easy to catch my 530 am bus to Kelowna, with staff available. Very good to know for my next trip to Vancouver.

I booked a single room to pre-study for school and the host gave me a double room with a large table and a chair to study! Shower never gets cold, and even had cookware. Got a lot done in those two days I stayed.
