Amazing place! Wonderful location few steps from beach, mosque and promenade. Nicely decorated. Locker with provided key. Towels for free. Great security. Comfy beds with curtain. Own plug and light next to each bed. Everything was superclean. Nice kitchen with everything you will need. Filtered water. Strong wifi. In the lounge area there were european plugs, that was a nice touch (but bring the adaptor for bed plug). Overall pure perfection. It has a great chill atmosphere, i met some great people there! I will probably come back:)

For disclaimer, I got to the property very late close to midnight and left early in the morning, so I only used the shower and slept on very comfortable bed. But the place looks amazing with all you need for comfortable stay, and very stylish for people, that this have an added value for them. The beach is just a walk away. I got and left by bus to the airport, and the public transportation to the city is very frequent. The host was incredible, with detailed explanation sent to me a couple of hours how to get to the property, to get the keys and to get in.

The room and location were amazing, 10min from the seashore and restaurants. Room itself very cozy and nice, the view from the balcony amazing.

This accommodation is very good. Had I known that there were only two bookable rooms, I would have booked again for the remainder of my stay in Larnaca. There is a modern bathroom and kitchen area. It's also close to the Finikoudis bus stop and the beach. The owner's directions were great. I had a very comfortable stay at Kypa rooms and would definitely stay again.

Very comfy traditional Cyprus home with the blooming citrus yard and teras. Bed was also great, sheets and towels clean and fresh. Plenty of dishes and utensils in the kitchen. Neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. Frutaria store is close with the prices low and various local fruit and products. Beach is far, 30 min walk, but it wasn't our main thing to see in Cyprus.

The host replied to the messages very quickly and offered us a lot of help. We are thankful that we are allowed to store our luggage before checking in and after checking out as well. The location is also nice, it is not far from the center and the environment is quiet.
