1. Very close to the metro station. 2. Efficient and professional staff. One message only with clear and concise instructions on how to access the hostel, how to check out. 3. Clean bathrooms. Great shower head. Strong water pressure. And the best, a great big fluffy white towel. Makes all the difference.

This is a nice, cozy little hostel in Madrid with a family-like ambiance and very friendly staff. They have quality beddings, not the inflatable nonsense common in hostels, but REAL high quality and very comfortable mattresses. Cleaning service is continuous and the girl is literally cleaning after guests all day long, keeping the site super clean. WiFi is free and truly high speed, individual electrical sockets for EACH bed, large fridge and hot showers. Metro station is few minutes walking. I would like to congratulate the staff for the excellent service and high value for money. Thank you.

Maika and June went out of their way to make my stay fabulous. I love the bed curtain which was block out. There are gaps so when the sensor lights come on having eye patches meant it did not affect me. The facilities are superbly clean. They have two wonderful ladies who clean daily and people work together to maintain the facilities. They had to handle a nationwide powercut and did so admirably. They had their maintenance guy unlock the doors so we could have access. There was no water at that time but there were taps in the plaza so I could fill up my waterbottle. I love that this hostel welcomes all ages so it has a great vibe.

Everything according to my expectance. Wonderful careness and hospitality from host. Small think to consider: kettle in room to tea/coffee self service. Room and bathtoom very cosy.Very clean. I strongly recommend: good value for money.
