Beautiful historical building. The spacious lobby includes areas for work, socializing, relaxation, and more. I stayed in the female-only section, which is completely private. The storage cabinets are spacious and come with clean curtains for privacy. Each cabinet also includes a light and a power outlet for charging your phone. I appreciated that staff do not enter the rooms, and that the housekeeper was a woman. this made the stay feel safer, more comfortable, and more private, especially as a female traveler. The staff are very friendly and available 24/7 at the reception desk. Their level of service and availability is similar to what you would expect from a hotel, which is a great bonus. ‏

Maverick is a great place it is more like a hotel , very safe and nice location near the Danube where you can have nice walk . Every bed has curtain so you have your privacy ..there is also a small reading lamp and a socket for charging your phone. Bathrooms are great like in a hotel.Other hostels should learn from them.People working there are very friendly and professional.There is a cafe and restaurant as well and the prices are normal and coffee is very good I can say one of the best latte that I had in Budapest. It is great for short and longer stays Every floor has his own key and own kitchen and every room has own bathroom so you can easily shower without waiting for your turn. I felt very comfortable there. I highly recommend this hostel you would not be disappointed.It is very easy to find from the airport you just take E 100 to Kalvin ter and just walk trough Lonay street and you are at the hostel and tram stops are 2 mins from Maverick when you want to go further to Parliament or the center. I am highly recommending this place .

The property was comfortable and cosy. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully usable. A cleaner came daily and the cleanliness was immaculate. Very close to everything you need in the city. We stayed for a fortnight. You get a room, some are accessible via a climbable staircase.
