Location was great, perfect distance from shops and restaurants but still slightly secluded. The host was very friendly and welcoming, also really helpful in planning day trips around the area, he gave great advice and recommendations. The breakfast that was included was delicious. The rooms were clean and the AC worked.

So I had a bit of a nightmare getting into India first as I applied late for my visa (my fault) 🙃 then had delayed flights and arrived super late (2am) I felt so bad but Rish (the manager) was an absolute legend and went out of his way to make sure I not only got to the hostel safe and sound but got my taxi driver to find some food for me before arriving and getting his friend to let me in! He helped me so much along the way with any questions and has been super friendly. The people I’ve met at the hostel have been absolute gems too we all settled in effortlessly and had such a nice time. The hostel is tucked away on a river which is super relaxing and surrounded by nature. It has a real nice vibe about it I would definitely recommend coming to stay here if you’re visiting Kochi :)

Had a blast at the hosteller oceans edge. The staff were incredibly helpful and always up for a good time. Keerthi a staff member even helped us with great recommendations for our next stop. I had so much fun playing games and hanging out. It's in a great location near to everything and the rooms are nice. I'll definitely be back here next time I'm in Fort Kochi. Ps loved the pool table

Kochill is a really nice hotel with hostel spirit : the place is super calm nearby in the center of Kochi, really easy to reach the center by foot. Bouba is a generous and nice host, attentive to the travelers and their journey, you will feel welcome and cared there. The food made by Kurumi, the wife of the host, is delicious and serve all day? As 35 year old woman, the place reaches my expectation in term of confort and the coziness guesthouse vibe. I will definitively come back there ! You can also really enjoy the sounds of all the birds around, they were incredible <3
