Staff were so friendly, I have arrived early morning and asked if it’s possible to have a shower and leave my staff, they allowed, it’s so helpful because I had a tour for whole day, so that specially if you arrived from late flight or bus trip, so also they had a voucher for a free beer, which is also nice, but I was going out so I didn’t use😄 Every staff on the reception was very friendly and showed good hospitality, also they gave a towel inside of bag, at the end of my stay they just gave this bag, it’s small nice gesture that I liked. Gracie!

Very nice building, each traveler has huge personal space. The staff was very friendly, they even had a machine for measuring blood pressure in case you got sick Delicious breakfast. Best hostel I've been so far

Very impressed with the staff. Went out of her way to provide a early breakfast. The breakfast itself was impressive . We would stay there again , we will stay there again if we return to Milan.

First of all I have been traveling to a lot of countries and I stayed and differents hostels, but this one was the best hostel ever starting from the staff Clio and Antonella Ferro they were really so kind and always smiling, when I arrived I was really tired but talking with them gave me a good energy, the rooms are so good bathrooms are so clean , and also it’s really close to metro station, and also there is Market 24/7 next to the hostel like 5 mins walk , I advise you guys if you go to Milan choose this one , Ciao and FORZA MILAN :D

The room was clean, and there also was a private bathroom with everything needed. The territory id beautiful, with a good restaurant/bar on the first floor. Location is great too, with metro station in walking distance. A small kitchen in the common space is also available (with refrigerator and sink)
