Firstly the property is situated quiet strategic between all the restaurants and bus stops and ski slopes is just walking distance. Next was the amazing front desk that had assisted me throughout prior to check in. My flight got delayed, missed the connecting flight and I had to postpone a day and he was extreme accommodating and helped us as best possible! I am eternally grateful for the team that assisted me. It also has one of the biggest walk-in drying rooms ever and in house Onsen!

It is very close to Hakuba JR Station. You can walk a short distance each day to take the shuttle bus to the snow resort. The staff was very kind and the check-in process went very smoothly. The rooms are very large and feel perfect for 4 people, and the value for money is excellent. The view out of the room was excellent. There is a parking lot outside the hotel.

They Facilities were great, the location was quiet and close to a grocery store. The people staying there were all fellow travellers who made the stay very enjoyable. when I left I forgot my ski pants and jacket in the room, and when I realised 4 days later Cari the manager immediately went looking for them within 15 minutes of my call and found them laying exactly where I had left them, with the cash still in the pockets. incredibly trustworthy and eager to please. 12/10

There’s a Mexican restaurant at the hotel which is good! Then next door is a bar with pizzas and burgers, that’s all there is for food options that I’m aware of. There’s a rental shop across the road and the bottom of Norikura mountain is a very short walk away. Great for a quick stay, it was a nice place and I would stay here again!

Everything was great. Gaspard is the most amazing host, shuttling us to and from ski resorts and around town and helping us with anything we needed Roy is a great chef and I miss his cooking already. Thank you guys for having us!
