The staff help a lot on how we get to Rabat and order the taxi in the morning for us. Send us to the taxi place. Also get us some take out food. The room was very comfy, however we have to leave the early at morning.

What a beautiful home Hassan shares with his guests. Such a warm welcome even though I was cold, wet and tired after a day cycling in the rain. The whole place is immaculately clean and very comfortable. It's so nice not to have to sleep in a bunk bed when you choose a shared room. Definitely one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Lots of shops, bakeries and cafes in the immediate area and less than 10 minutes walk to the Medina.

Everything was perfect. After a terrible experience in Tangier, we were hesitant to book this hostel as it didn’t have many reviews on Booking. However, after researching and reading great reviews on other sites, we decided to book for just one night, and ended up extending our stay! The staff was amazing, always kind and accommodating to all our requests. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. The location is great, close to everything, yet far enough from the noise to be calm at night. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10

A very nice accommdation at the middle of town. The service is excellence especially the staff and the owner are very nice. A warm welcome by the owner and stay feel like my home .

The location of this Hotel is perfect, the staff are super nice and friendly and everything is so clean, it's super safe too. Salamn in the reception can give advices and will take you into places if he's available he is amazing.

What's more, the staff - especially Brahim - are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience all the more enjoyable. The owner, Daniel, was very nice and provided us with useful information about the options for trekking around. Now, let's talk about the food. Trust me when I say that you won't want to skip out on ordering from the restaurant within the lounge. The menu has a wide variety of food options, all of which are super tasty, affordable, and well prepared. I can't recommend the food enough; it's really good. Overall, Caiat Lounge Refuge is an excellent choice for anyone looking to escape the hustle of everyday life and the noise of the city and indulge in some fantastic food in a very calming and beautiful atmosphere, breath fresh air and enjoy the nature and the walking in the nearby mountains.

very friendly (arabic, french, spanish and english), everything clean and a great, moroccan style house, space for the bicycle, the roof terasse in the middle of the old town is great! they even made breakfast early in the morning for me, abaolutely loved it and should have stayed longer
