It's rarely that one stays somewhere that totally exceeds expectations. I was blown away by the quality of the facilities, the comfort, the stylistic touches - think 4* hotel because that is what the quality of the place is like. Superb location right in the middle of Angra. Fully equipped communal kitchen and large living space/lounge with TV. Internet terminals. Even a quiet reading space. A supermarket next door. Bars and restaurants all around. 3 mins to the beach. Buses to all over the island leave right outside. The bed was super comfortable and the room had good working and storage space and a good shower. I don't really think there are any more boxes to tick. And Ana the hostess was super and waited for my arrival after midnight due to a long flight delay. She is super knowledgeable and had lots of suggestions of places to go and things to see whilst in Terceira.

The staff was incredibly accommodating, I arrived around 9pm and was given complimentary crackers and bottles of water. In the morning, my scheduled taxi was unavailable so the owners drove me to the airport. Incredibly kind and welcoming people who provided a safe and homey overnight stay.

I enjoyed all. The young lady at check inn, SUPER helpful. Always available to help. Everything was extremely CLEAN. The bed was very, very, comfortable. The rooms even has a privat yeard to relax and have a drink or read. I'm looking forward to be back. Thank very, very much for everything.

This place feels like home. The manager is welcoming and attentive, and the solo travelers I met were lovely. The facilities are very clean and well-maintained, and the views from the terrace over Mount Brasil are wonderful.
