Bank, the owner speaks perfect English, is patient and professional and has a good sense of humour. He was both exceptionally accomodating and friendly and he puts you at ease. Really super guy! Upon arrival he spoke to me on the phone to ensure a smooth check in. Minutes later he quietly knocked on my room door to properly introduce himself. He also got my wechat contact and we periodically chatted. his response time was almost immediate. in addition, he jumped at the chance to assist whenever he was needed and he was generous with his time. I had a lovely stay with my husband. He says it is the best bed he has slept in. He slept alot!

Excellent first night Thailand stay, lovely room and lovely balcony for a smoke. Super cheap too! Clean 10/10. Decent location we just got bolt motorbikes to and from the main airport train line cost only 40 baht. Just be careful to take shoes off at reception

For the price I paid for the room (in a popular area of Bangkok) it was exceptional value. The room was rather small - but adaquate for my 2 night stay. It was clean, very comfortable, very quiet - and the White Den is a well located right next to a station for the Sky Train network. I personally highly recommend this accomodation.

Good beds. Cool air conditioning. Big personal locker with keys. Every clean, both the bed and bathrooms. Easy check-in and check-out. Friendly roomates. Clear separate smoking area. A comfortable and clean place to stay the night for a cheap price. They provide slippers, too. The cleanliness of the shared room and shared bathroom exceeded my expectations.
