SerbiaI liked how the staff was really nice. Helped with the room temperature and also I appreciate the security - they lock the hostel entrance doors after a certain amount of time and you need to show your room key to enter. This made me feel extremely safe while being there.
The kitchen was extremely functional with big fridges and also there are plastic utensils in the kitchen free for use.
There is also a library room with books that are free to read and a really cool couch and chilling area.
There are two vending machines - one with snacks and some simple necessities if you need them (toothpaste and toothbrush, etc.). The second vending machine has coffees (pretty good quality and inexpensive - $2 for all types).

Good communal areas across the hostel and the individual shower/bathrooms meant you could have real privacy, unlike a lot of other hostels. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, I had a delayed flight and when I showed up the following morning they had saved me a bed so I could immediately check in. Hostel staff were great - asked for recommendations and was not disappointed! Upon arrival I was given a different room (6 bed to a 4 bed) which was more roomy and I didn’t have to share at all when I was there!
