Everything! The staff was beyond great and offered to help with anything. Couldn't check in until 3pm so they offered to store my luggage and gave me a beach towel to enjoy Venice beach or offered me to chill in the lounge. Same thing on the way out, check out is at 11am but you can use the facilities throughout the day for a shower or anything else! really helpful when you have a bus or flight later that day!
