He facilitated our transfer from Luxor to Aswan, then the road to Abu Simbel. The location is wonderful, the island is quiet - after 6 days in Egypt we slept here without any noise waking us up :). Delicious breakfast, dinner can also be served, also very tasty - Omar is a great cook. He brought us on arrival and departure with his boat. My wife wanted some Egyptian cotton towels - 30 minutes later, Omar brought them to us. Thank you for everything, Omar!

A wonderful new place in Aswan; super clean, nicely decorated, cozy and with spacious rooms and private bathrooms. It is on the main street, and the Nile view is beautiful. The host, Biba -brilliant young woman entrepreneur, is incredibly and resourcesful. She was also so kind to upgrade my room. Highly recommended for both solo travelers (they have dorms) and couples, and especially for those who want to support young women entrepreneurs.

Bonita Chillhouse is gelegen in Aswan, op 22 km van Aga Khan Mausoleum, en biedt accommodatie met een gedeelde lounge, gratis privéparkeren en een terras. Location: Quiet local neighborhood with kids playing on the street around sunset. The house overlooks the Nile. The square in front, flanked by two mosques, has direct access to the river with a small beach for swimming and boat pickups / dropoffs. The main riverside promenade is within 10 minutes walk. There is a proper Carrefour supermarket and ATMs (in the lobby of the Old Cataract hotel next door) on the way. To me, the area felt much nicer and more authentic than Elephantine island. House: Just renovated, the cleanest I've seen in Egypt (especially the kitchen and bathroom). I stayed in a double, which had the necessary amenities. The rooftop is available with pretty sunset views (see attached pic) and a nice chill area, best enjoyed with a tea. Host: Really helpful, English and Spanish speaking, very responsive, with lots of practical travel experience and great recommendations, especially about navigating the local particularities on a budget.

The owner was very cooperative. He let me do early check in, as my flight had been scheduled earlier. The same thing was done for others as well. I felt comfortable, secure, and at home.

The Villa Hostel - By Lunar is gelegen in Abu Dhabi, op minder dan 1 km van Al Sahil Beach en 14 minuten lopen van Qasr al-Hosn, en biedt een tuin en een gedeelde lounge, en gratis WiFi. I liked everything there. Zizo is a friendly Egyptian person there, in addition to the hostel manager, her name is Mary, she was great during the interview and was always helping everyone there.
