Everything about this hostel was great:friendly personal, amazing view and quiet at night. There was also a small breakfast included. I would definitely stay here again.

Small cosy hostel felt like home, the hostess Soli was so incredibly helpful and attentive, breakfast is so thoughtful, packed in numbered breakfast bags and fridge has numbered drawers so felt very tidy and organised. curtains on the beds made a difference, felt private. Beds are wide and one of the dorms had shelves which was super handy.

The staff at Lo de Trivi was amazing, they gave me a free room upgrade when available and always helped me out when I needed something. They were curious to hear how my trips went and took care of my laundry and I could store my bag while on a mountain tour on Mojón Rojo. There is a large kitchen and free WiFi. There is no breakfast but I prefer to prepare my own breakfast anyway. The hostel is conveniently located at the northern end of the main road, close to the Mountaineering Patagonia agency with whom I had booked some amazing mountain ascends. Numerous restaurants and a supermarket are just across the street.

Matices Hostel Terminal, que cuenta con jardín, se encuentra en la región de Santa Cruz, El Calafate, a 4 km de Lago Argentino y a pocos pasos de Estación de autobús. Matices hostel was one of the best we have stayed. They were so efficient and proactive in communication via whatsapp The location was superb, only a few steps from the bus station. The entire bldg is new and modern. The bedrooom and bathoom were large, modern and clean; plenty of hot water; beds were comfortable. heater worked well; free breakfast; bright and pleasant lobby with large windiws; 24 hour reception; two huge common kitchens; luggage storage; kind cheerful good looking English speaking staff were happy to answer our questions. They helped us with buying national park entrance tickets online and helped us communicating with our hotel in El Chalten. We appreciated their help so much. After 11pm, it was so quiet and we slept well. We liked everything about this hostel.
