I had not realized this was a hostel style accommodation when I booked. It worked really well for us with little kids since there was a fridge and the option to cook. The breakfast served was great too.

The hostel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My teenagers really liked the communal breakfast where they could est as much as they wanted. where they sat with the other sleepy travellers from around the world. The house is beautiful. Rooms simple and unpretentious. Spotless bathroom. No smelly disinfectants or detergents.

Very happy to rest my eyes as i travelled from Maritimes to Ontario. Made trip better as very restful comfortable sleep in safe location. Well lit outside at night. Tucked in area just off highway behind Timmies. Woman running place very kind and helpful.

I like the unhurried, relaxed atmosphere of the place. I’ve only been there in the offseason, although I suspect it’s just as good in the summer. I find that conversations begin easily and naturally there, which is one of the main things that interests me about the hostel experience.
