The accommodation offers a shared kitchen, a tour desk and luggage storage for guests. We are a senior couple who stayed in the 1 bed/bath green room.Young man on desk was terrific and on his desk was the resident black/white cat.Facilities were great,2 fridges,stove,dining tables.Coffee in a.m.with donation if wanted.Would highly recommend.Oh,our room was spotless,lovely shower.

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen dining room and living room area was a plus. The town of Botwood is very cute and has at least 15 historical murals. Also has nice air flight Museum.

The place looks more like a hostel, it has a shared living room, kitchen and even a place to wash your clothes. We got the key at the restaurant below the place with one of the restaurant employers (I believe they are the owners of the place). The location is really good, just a few steps to a nearby pond (we ate some sandwiches at shore during the night). There is a grocery in front of the hotel/hostel.

The bacon,toast,coffee, and sausages were good. The scrambled eggs were not good. The fruit salad was ok. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfy. The room was really clean. Lots of ice on each floor plus vending machines. The restaurant looked lovely. The bar was also lovely and a nice place to relax. Great location.
