Hostel Raiz is a fairy tale kind of hostel. I felt I was sleeping and living in one. Probably because of the cosy fire, their nice host and an incredible cat 🐈 to remember. No doubts one of a kind.

Great Location, beautiful view fron room

Characterful hostel, welcoming hosts (and friendly pet dog), great location, cosy rooms, felt at home.

Small hostel, just a few rooms and a dormitory. Our room was upstair and simple but confortable and clean. The whole hostel is very clean, including the shared bathrooms and the kitchen. You have anything you need to cook, and a lovely garden to enjoy your meal or chill in the sun. The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood but close to everything by walk (supermarket, bus station, city center and lake). The family whose run the hostal is absolutely lovely. If you want to stay in a cute and calm hostel, come here.

Cheap hostel and friendly staff, a lot of space in the lounge, big kitchen

This is the best hostel I have stayed at in Chile. The kindness and warmth of the owners and workers go far beyond what is normally expected. They have built and facilitate a wonderfully calm, friendly environment for travellers to meet, socialise and become friends. The location itself is very secure, and the dogs are friendly too. A fantastic place that I wholeheartedly recommend for anyone staying in Pucón.
