The host, a lovely lady was amazing! Gave us a lot of information, called a cab and waited with us infront of the door until the cab came. Lovely!

The woman that have this hostel are the most wonderful you will meet!! They go out of their way to make breakfast so it fits your bus schedule and gave me a bottom bed when I came back from my hike. The beds are super comfortable and the vibe is really homey and lovely. I felt at home!

Great hostel, with really friendly and accommodating staff! Beautiful views of the ocean from the shared lounge area! Only downside was that the hostel is a 20 min walk from main city centre , however there is still access to few food places and mini marts around

The staff working here is amazing! Bruno is the best host ever ! He helped us with everything and was even able to find us a car when they were sold out everywhere in the town and gave us ideas of what to do here and how! The hostel is very nice and there is a friendly vibe going on! The location is amazing because it is close to the bus station for Torres del Paine and 5- 10 min walking from the central part of the town!

This is a nice family run place with 4 units to rent. They know very well the city and the hiking tracks around and can help you plan your outdoor activities. Andres (the son) is an athlete who runs all the tracks normal people do walking :D One night the father even ran to the shop to buy an HDMI cable when we showed his son that the TV chrome cast didn't work on our computers. The parents speak a limited english, but the son is always available on WhatsApp to answer any query or help translate.

I liked a lot the staff that is really nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. 6 minutes far on foot from the bus station. You can leave here your luggages when you go for a 2 days or more hike. Good breakfast.
