Not only were they very friendly when I was coming in but also very supportive when I forgot my phone in an Uber at Terminal Norte. With them it was possible to locate my phone and finally get it back 🤣 Thanks again. The Casa is also very convenient for football fans since Campín Stadium is quite near (I watched Santa Fe vs. Atlético National). The Casa is als in a safe area.

Love that it’s an independent hostel and the ‘pod’ dorms are next level. Spent NYE at the hostel where they put on a ripping bbq and had a lot of their friends around creating a great vibe.

Staff are all amazing, really helpful & just lovelyy people really. Comfy beds hot showers all you could really want to be honest. Breakfast was amazing aswell.

Located in the Candelaria neighborhood, Hostal Masaya features a fully equipped common kitchen and free WiFi. Guests can relax in the TV room and BBQ facilities are available. I loved everything, the location, the room, the amazing staff. We would love to come back.
