Conveniently set in the Old Town district of Regensburg, Hostel am Ostentor is located 600 metres from Regensburg Cathedral and the Stony Bridge. I like kitchen the best. The room is comfortable with the toilet inside. The bed and pillow are comfy. I had a good time there.

Absolutely amazing experience. I was in urgent need of accomodation as my train got cancelled at the last moment, and the recommendation for this place popped up. I booked it at a reasonable price online and the check-in system was smooth, the staff guy over the phone call helped me with passcodes to check in. The bed was clean and absolutely comfortable, I felt safe because of the code locking system , also the housekeeping lady was very sweet and polite. Loved the place, would 100% recommend for solo travellers

Upon departure, I had an afternoon train and the staff was super kind and let me stay a couple of hours after checkout. It was incredibly helpful especially because I was starting to feel unwell.

It’s very close to the town center, and getting out of the village to the Double Bridge is also easy. Rothenburg is a fairytale village that left a deep impression on me.
