I really liked the interior, the coffee machine is top-notch, the terrace is really spacious. A/C works nicely, all the facilities are really well designed. The host is probably the best in town. The property is brand new and its location couldn't be better with a huge supermarket nearby and the beach down the road. You can walk to Arrecife along the coast, which takes 40 minutes. Will definitely stay again once I am back to Lanzarote.

This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. The owners are absolute LEGENDS. It’s far from the touristy stuff, and the island’s wild nature is always right there. The house is super clean, and it’s perfect if you’re looking for some peace and quiet — but also a great spot to meet some really cool and friendly people. …Oh, and yeah — they have the most beautiful bipolar cat :)

The Residencial Cardona is located 100 meters from Reducto beach, right in the heart of Arrecife. Every room is equipped with private bathroom, free Wi-Fi and TV.

The Residencial is 10 minutes walking from Arrecife Port with destination services to Gran Canaria and Fuerteventura, Lanzarote Airport is 5 km away. It's basic, but if you book and pay for a 2star then don't judge it as a 4star! It's great value, very clean, the building is somewhat older but the rooms have fresh paint and furniture. Cannot judge all the rooms ofcourse but mine was ground floor, very near the shared kitchen, which is great. It's great to be able to make a tea at night and your own breakfast in the morning. You also get to meet other travellers. My room had shutters and good curtains, which means no daylight early mornings, helps for a good night sleep! Good wifi, warm shower. Quiet street and close to the beachfront. There is a vending machine and also a coffee machine, only 60 cents for a cup of very decent coffee. Felt at home and safe, would definitely book again.

We had a good breakfast every morning down in the beautiful kitchen absolutely spotless, Had washing facilities so we could get our clothes sorted before we left the apartment, what a great idea.
