She always tries to give you the best advice (at least in my case, all of them fantastic), she worries about the guests and cleans/tidies the whole hostel, which is always spotless! Also, she helps you with the things that you miss, if your jacket is not warm enough, gloves, bath amenities, whatever! She's so kind, helpful... Best host ever!!

Free WiFi is featured throughout the hostel. We stayed in a private room with private bathroom. Not in the dorms. Cafe Koti is in an amazing location. Right near everything in the city center. Everything we needed was within walking distance. It was easy to catch a bus to Santa Claus Village, which was the only thing not in walking distance. We were even able to walk to the train station when we left. The staff were so friendly & helpful. We were able to check in a bit early. We were also able to store our luggage when we arrived, and after we checked out. The breakfast was very good. A nice selection of items. Everything from freshly baked bread, hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, cheese, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, granola, cookies, coffee & tea. There were other food and drink options available for an additional charge, but we were very happy with what was offered. The room was a nice size for our needs. The beds were comfortable. There was a sauna near our room. The 3rd floor had a common area and shared kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

At the hostel, every room has a wardrobe. Each room comes with a kettle, while certain rooms include a kitchen with a microwave and a stovetop. Guest rooms at Stadium Apartments include air conditioning and a desk. Well equipped kitchen, spacious room. The sink in the room was a plus. Everything was clean and nice. Parking also free and right across the hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Hostel. Very close to the town center. Breakfast was not included but they offered free coffee, tea and porridge every morning. Erkki, the hostel manager was very kind and helpful and available at any time. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I had some really nice conversations with them, and they are always ready to help you out if you have questions. The hostel was really nice, the capsules were cute and give a lot of privacy even though you're in a shared room.
