The female owner is friendly and highly accommodating; she allowed me to use her washing machine and dryer which again she did not charge me for. Breakfast was a cut above any I’ve had so far. I would highly recommend this gite and would have no hesitation in returning for another stay, if I’m in the area.

I liked that the hostel is a 10-minute walk from the Capitol. It's a no-party hostel, so it's ideal for resting. The staff was very friendly and spoke Spanish. The beds were very comfortable and in my case there was a balcony.

The most comfortable gite, run by the kindest, loveliest couple. Michelle and Sandrine have gone to so much effort to make pilgrims feel at home in their home, so many special extra touches. You can tell they do it because they genuinely care, not just for a business. Bedroom and bathroom were a high standard and the meal was delicious. I can’t recommend this gite enough and I would love to go back one day.

What a beautiful gite Virginie and Alain have! It’s so clean and comfortable and they are absolutely wonderful hosts. They made us feel like part of their family. Virginie made us delicious meals and we enjoyed relaxing in their beautiful back garden for hours on our rest day. The room was so comfortable and warm and we had everything we needed. They even did our laundry for us. The gite is in a perfect location as you walk into Condom and is minutes away from the city centre. We truly felt warm and welcome. Thank you Virginie and Alain!!
