The reception staff was very friendly and quickly explained me the process of entering the premises with a key fob for the automatic doors to ensure the guests safety in the after-hours when there's no one at the reception. The rooms are "roomy" in size, no AC options but good air circulation, as the purpose of my trip was tourism i barely spent time in the premises but i couldn't find anything negative to say, as i understand this is not a commercial chain hotel which is very clearly shown on the accommodation description (make sure to read the specifics ahead of time), which means it may not be available year-round for obvious reasons. The breakfast and dinner options are filling, delicious and varied with vegetarian options for those looking for that specifically. Adding to the location and the food included, there's simply no better option in this area of London for the price. Everyone in the staff was very friendly and i wouldn't mind staying here again.

The hostel is 500 metres from Belsize Park, 700 metres from Hampstead and 900 metres from Finchley Road. London Heathrow Airport is 22 km away. It is clean, everything is as advertised. Location is great, nice restaurants near location. Shower broke one day, next it was fixed.
