Though it's a mixed dormitory, as a solo female traveller I felt safe. Bathrooms and Dormitory were clean. Breakfast was very delicious! I would love to come back again with friends. Host/ staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave me directions to reach and also local Taxi numbers to reach their place. Though its bit far from the town, I enjoyed the walk back down to the Llanberis.

Placed at the foot of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), the YHA Snowdon Pen-y-Pass is surrounded by stunning Welsh landscape in a rural location, with no mobile phone signal - offering guests a break from... I chose YHA firstly for its perfect location. I arrived in the evening just in time to enjoy the sunset. And then I had the best birthday morning enjoying my coffee with a wonderful view before exploring The Miners Track (the path starts literally 10 meters from the hostel). The staff are lovely. And the famous British breakfast (I had veggie version though) kept me energized till the end of my adventure. When I can feel my legs again and decide to do the Snowdon summit one more time, I will not think twice to stay here again.

Todo increíble el lugar, las instalaciones, el.orden y la limpieza, la atención del personal!! No lo pedimos pero las opciones de desayuno super completas y se veía al chef cocinando en el momento.

El The Heights Bunkhouse se encuentra en Llanberis, en el centro de la localidad, a 100 metros del lago Padarn y a poca distancia a pie del sendero Llanberis Snowdon. We had a lovely time here. Both the staff and the hostel are wonderful!
