El Basecamp Wales es un albergue de gestión familiar y se encuentra en Llanllyfni, en las afueras del parque nacional Snowdonia, a 30,3 km de Pen-Y-Pass y a 8,2 km de la playa de Dinas Dinlle. Everything was great! Site, welcome... even the weather was really sunny!

Base Camp Snowdonia, Gwersyll Cyntaf Eryri, que tiene salón de uso común, está en la región de Clwyd, Betws-y-Coed, a 19 km de Snowdon y a 25 km de Snowdon Mountain Railway. This is a very nice hostel. Very cosy and very comfy 24/7 facilities. It is possible to self check in at any hour, and there is basic food to purchase in the kitchen too at any hour - quite handy (tea, coffee, beer, oatmeal, instant noodle etc). The common area is very neat and nice - i spent quite a lot of time there, chilling after a hike, cooking and eating food and even working on my laptop. I stayed in a female only dorm, that has 6 comfy beds, and there were 2 toilets and 2 showers just for our room, so i never had to wait to have a shower etc. There are hair dryers available, and a whole separate drying room both for laundry and wet clothes after a hike. Beds were perfect, pillows were perfect, not creaky as in some dorms. With very good quality bedsheets and towels. Overall, if i am in betws y coed again, i will certainly stay in Gwersyll Cyntaf Eryri.

Woodlands Centre está en Betws-y-Coed, a 20 km de Snowdon, y dispone de alojamiento con jardín, parking privado gratis, salón de uso común y terraza. I booked my stay very last minute after a change of plan. The bunkhouse was clean, tidy and warm when I arrived and I had good communication from the wardens. I love this bunkhouse for its location and amazing drying room to hang all my adventure kit!

The Rocks at Plas Curig Hostel se encuentra en Betws-y-Coed, a 11 km de Snowdon, y ofrece alojamiento con salón de uso común, parking privado gratis y terraza. So welcoming, staffed by gorgeous people x Everything you need, rooms are sweet , plenty of sockets and gorgeous view , surplus of toilets and showers, all warm and hot water xx

Placed at the foot of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), the YHA Snowdon Pen-y-Pass is surrounded by stunning Welsh landscape in a rural location, with no mobile phone signal - offering guests a break from... I chose YHA firstly for its perfect location. I arrived in the evening just in time to enjoy the sunset. And then I had the best birthday morning enjoying my coffee with a wonderful view before exploring The Miners Track (the path starts literally 10 meters from the hostel). The staff are lovely. And the famous British breakfast (I had veggie version though) kept me energized till the end of my adventure. When I can feel my legs again and decide to do the Snowdon summit one more time, I will not think twice to stay here again.

Toad Hall Hostel está en Machynlleth, a 30 km de Club de golf Aberyswyth y a 30 km de Clarach Bay. It's a cozy setup for those who are on a budget trip. It's awesome. It has a good room, good living space, you can cook in the kitchen if you wish.

El The Vagabond Bunkhouse alberga un restaurante y se encuentra en Betws-y-coed, conocida como la puerta de entrada al parque nacional de Snowdonia. Comfortable bed, rooms were very clean. Pizza was delicious
