The Grapevine Hostel heeft een tuin, een gedeelde lounge, een terras en gratis WiFi, en ligt in Dingle, op 8 minuten lopen van Dingle Oceanworld Aquarium en 49 km van Siamsa Tire Theatre. It felt so much more cosy than a lot of the hostels I´ve stayed at. You can tell the owner, Brit, put a lot of effort into making it feel that way. It feels like a home, not a hostel. The beds are incredibly comfy and warm (thick pillow and duvet). Brit also provides a few small breakfast options since a lot of the restaurants and cafés open relatively late. There´s also a basket with a few feminine hygiene products, shampoo etc that you can use while you´re there. It´s almost next door to Neligan´s bar, good place for some trad music. I´ve loved my stay in this hostel and will be back!

Dromid hostel is a clean and well-serviced hostel in a small village near the Kerry Way. As we are a big family, we have had a shared room just for ourselves. The hostel has a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed (and much more :-)) I was very pleasantly surprised by the kitchen and hostel as a whole. Next to the hostel there is a bar where we could sit in the evening and enjoy a wide selection of drinks. It is connected to a small convenience store.
