Este albergue está ubicado en la granja Berunes, junto a la carretera de circunvalación y a 45 km de la localidad de Djúpivogur. We did the ring road while driving in Iceland and we booked seven places where we stayed. Out of these 7 places I have to say that Berunes was by far the best one. It was an amazing experience and the host is super friendly and helpful. But the reason why we liked Berunes the most was because it was a step back in time. The house where we stayed was built in the 1900s and the furniture is rustic but there are all the facilities needed. We are a family of four and we had two separate rooms and a private bathroom. Just next to the house there is a small church and also a restaurant. The restaurant was closed at the time of our visit, in April, but they will open it in summer. The landscape surrounding the hostel is also amazing. There is a lake in front of the house and the mountain at the back. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to relax and spend some enjoyable time in the middle of nature.

Este albergue, situado en la localidad de Seydisfjördur, ofrece habitaciones con zona de estar, vistas al fiordo y WiFi gratuita. Está a solo 30 metros de la piscina de Seydisfjördur. I liked how welcoming the staff were. The moment we came in, they gave us a tour of the place and it was obvious how passionate they were. The kitchen was wide and spacious and had everything needed to make a splendid meal.

Hafaldan HI Hostel - Harbour Building se encuentra en Seyðisfjörður, a 4,1 km de Gufu Waterfall, y ofrece alojamiento con salón de uso común, parking privado gratis y zona de barbacoa. En general todo. Estaba muy limpio y cuidado, ducha y baño muy bien organizado con dos duchas y dos aseos. Lo mejor de todo es la cocina y el comedor/sala de estar, muy cómodo y agradable. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario y esta súper bien organizada con cestas para cada habitación. Un lugar muy agradable en un pueblo muy bonito.
